O what a fragile web we weave.

I posted several articles within the past week about organized criminal gangstalking. Much of this gangstalking and harassment is encouraged and even sponsored by the government. While going through my photos looking for additional ones to add to the GANGSTALKING GALLERY, I ran across a screenshot I took while visiting the State of Indiana Intelligence Fusion Center.

I remember this as if it were yesterday because I immediately recognized the symbolism and coded way in which this government website was created. The use of the term GANG so cleverly adorned with a spiderweb to put emphasis on the ‘network’ and a program called L.E.N.S. that surely signifies community informant and spying persons and groups.

In addition to this, the graphic slide-show show seems to speak like a hoax to all those wannabe policemen who seek some type of validation by way of authority. There is even what appears to be a toy badge graphic on the left column of the page, along with the increasingly familiar crow-call, “If you see something, say something.”

But even more importantly than these is the absolute and blatant language used in the description and explanation of what a Fusion Center is actually all about. Since I just went over so many of the covert meanings and double-speak in Part One and Part Two of SECRET KILL: Language, Codes, and Dissemination, I’ll let you enjoy making the obvious connections yourself. I perceive this to be to some as enjoyable as working a seek-n-find or crossword puzzle.

What I’m left with though, is what a striking, nearly thunderous validation this government message is to what this unknown email author and myself have tried to decipher in the two articles. I might encourage you to read those two articles, though they are somewhat lengthy, before reading on through the Fusion Center message. If you do this, I’m sure the words, phrases, terminologies, and hidden double-speak will jump out at you.

The mission of the Indiana Intelligence Fusion Center is to collect, evaluate, analyze, and disseminate information and intelligence data regarding criminal and terrorist activity in the State of Indiana while following Fair Information Practices to ensure the rights and privacy of citizens.

Following the events of September 11, 2001, many local, state, and federal agencies initiated efforts to improve information sharing and intelligence gathering. Throughout the nation, numerous states developed new workgroups to develop these efforts. Indiana was among these states and in 2006 created the Indiana Intelligence Fusion Center (IIFC).

The purpose of IIFC is to collect, integrate, evaluate, analyze and disseminate information and intelligence to support local, state and federal agencies in detecting, preventing, and responding to criminal and terrorist activity. The IIFC co-locates representatives of these agencies to share information and to facilitate joint efforts to prevent and solve crimes to protect the public.

The IIFC, operated by the Indiana State Police, receives policy development, administrative guidance, and oversight from an Executive Committee. Committee membership includes representative of local, state, and federal government.
